Accessibility Plan
At our school, we are committed to ensuring that every pupil can grow and learn to live life in all its fullness. Our Accessibility Plan outlines the steps we are taking to ensure that the planned curriculum is fully accessible to all pupils, including those with disabilities and special educational needs.
As part of this commitment, we are:
-
Conducting a full curriculum accessibility audit to identify and remove potential barriers.
-
Adapting curriculum schemes to support adaptations and inclusion.
-
Using multi-sensory and flexible teaching strategies.
-
Working closely with our SENDCo, teaching staff, and external professionals to design inclusive curriculum content.
Success will be measured by completed audits, clear curriculum adaptations, inclusive teaching strategies, and positive feedback from pupils, parents, and staff.
This plan reflects our Radwinter values of kindness, service, forgiveness, respect and fairness by fostering an inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to grow with confidence, learn with curiosity, and live life in all its fullness.
